How can I do a script that delete only english ac3?

Then, my problem is this:
I want a script that select italian language AC3 between other AC3 (english).
I ask this because with DGIndex I extract all AC3 languages from DVD, and I want that the script delete other AC3 (english) except italian AC3.
Is it possible? thanks
