batch file to join workstations to domain - automated task

#1 Post by susan pittman » 27 Nov 2010 03:26

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if you could help me create a batch file for one of our domains. One of our production floors have 2500 workstations to be reimaged for a new account. All of the machines will have to be joined to the new domain built for PCI compliance. I feel our local site IT will be quite overwhelmed with the number of workstations to be joined to the domain. I need your help to develop a script/batch file to join workstations to the domain using a single service account. This will automate their tasks and of course save time for other tasks. Any feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks
