Urgent help on BatchFtpUploadOnlyNewFiles.bat provided

Hi guys/girls,

The following batch files is provided by dostips.com.
However, at line 48,
for /f "tokens=1,* delims=]" %%A in ('find /n /v "" "%src%"') do (

my cmd.exe showing:-
find: unable to access "": The system cannot find the file specified.
Find: unable to access "/n": The system cannot find the file specified.
find: unable to acccess "/v": The system cannot find the file speccified.
find: unable to access "": Teh system cannot find the file specified.

Any ideas on to solve it?
Appreciate any idea from you all, thanks. ^^
