Re: Foxidrive has left us
I just happened to reread this old post from foxidrive. It brings a tear to my eye every time I see it.

I keep his passing in my calendar. Regardless of that I usually stumble upon one of his posts on the Internet almost weekly when searching for stuff.
Re: Foxidrive has left us
I don't know if you took the time to follow the link, but I feel he was almost saying farewell in that post...
Re: Foxidrive has left us
Does anyone have a picture of him? What was his age when he passed away? What was his real name?
Thanks.
Saso
Thanks.

Re: Foxidrive has left us
The 15th post in this thread says he died at 57
Much too young.
Much too young.
Re: Foxidrive has left us
57...too young. I am 50 already so I know.
Thanks for the info.

Hey Foxidrive. Keep looking over us.
Re: Foxidrive has left us
I was re-reading this and loved the collection of quotes Antonio @aacini posted at viewtopic.php?p=51462#p51462
The real-world analogies are fantastic!

Five years?
RIP, Foxi.

Re: Foxidrive has left us
Another year has passed. I knew it was november. I missed it for two weeks. Sorry, Foxi!
Rest in peace.

Re: Foxidrive has left us
It gives me much to think
This uber-user had died long time before me coming to this forum so I know only what I just read in this topic, after glancing through topic titles and wondering [wrongly] "what is Foxidrive and why was it potentially important for BAT-coders?" - its heartwarming
Especially that on the other spectrum of forum user's behavior is that of those from the one dedicated to software [lets call it] M [as to not name names] where one of the two top users has suddenly disappeared ~4 years ago after over a decade of participation, but nobody seems to care. And on top of this, that forum's only admin recently banned me for life for my scarce attempts of making it a little more human and less questions-answers only

In the code of life, Foxidrive left behind an indelible legacy, and in our hearts, they remain a brilliant friend whose memory continues to light our path.
