insert value from site

i would like to make a value in cmd by using the internet.
by opening a site and wacht the broncode you can see LN and CON
is it possible to echo this in cmd by using the webpage and the ln and com by looking in the broncode?

here is my idea.
the site has the value 689. but it changes each day so i want to link the site to my cmd so i can easily retrieve the value
