Umm... yes, seems ok to me, except the pieces don't move downwards it seems(?) until you press Space.
You seem to know a lot more about Blockout than me, having some kind of record at
www.blockout.net 
Not sure exactly what any of this has to do with my Batch version though, but interesting that you found your way here somehow...

It is on Level 0 so the first 50 is not falling.
Then they start to fall after some seconds.
Try start on Level 1 to test.
