How to get the next reboot time of Windows 10

Hi guys,

Does anyone know by chance how we can get the next reboot time for Windows 10?
I can use this command to get the last reboot time as below:
systeminfo | find "Boot"

How about the next one?

How would we know what program or scheduler is doing a programmatic reboot?
