Hello Chickensoup!
I would like to share some information; perhaps this will work for you. You can type this out inside the directory path you want and open up the text results file from c:\ This took me abit to work through; I completed a dir /? at the command prompt and played around with the options provided to complete a directory listing.
dir /t:caw /r /x /q /a /o:-g-ds > c:\temp\dirView.txt
best regards, Booga73
