how to registrate a dll on 500 PC WIN7 and WIN XP 32 and 64

hello,

i want to registrate a dll wich is doing 7460 MO; with regsvr32 on 500 PC WIN7 and WIN XP 32 and 64 using batch or powershell. i have a problem when i want to registrate on user domain accounts. it give me an error message. The PCs are on domain Activ Directory. the registration of the dll works when i m using a command invit in administration mode.

please help me rapidely if possible
