Open Update and Save a batch file from another batch file

Hi to all.

I want from a batch file a.bat to
open another batch file b.bat (The b.bat file has only a number inside and of course i am able to change the extension without problem) increase the number inside the b.bat at 1 and save it with the new number
depending on the number that has the b.bat file i want also to copy 1 file in a specific directory.
