cmdmenusel(ansi version) can be found as source on pastebin(5khb4vFV) and binary in a few places that other people have compiled.
wcde.exe can be found as a binary only.
cmdimate/batimate I can't find, and had to be slightly modified and recompiled for x64 versions of windows. They were unwieldy and a bit of a mess anyway.

As for the tutorials, the current owner of "judago webs com" has a robots.txt that doesn't allow the internet archive to serve the previously crawled content, which supposedly will still be in the archive. Most needed quite a bit of work to finish anyway.
I'm not really doing batch stuff any more, I am using linux full time. I don't even have a copy of windows.
