There are programs, such as Thunderbird and Postbox, which do not have the option to be started with windows already minimized to the tray bar. I think it would be the happiness of many to have a bach file that allows this. I searched for programs on the web, but there are utilities that only allow you to minimize an already open program in the tray bar, but not what I ask.

As to what I know about it, you cannot minimize arbitrary processes to the systray. Programs have to be designed for this to do.
