"net view /NETWORK" does not show all computers in inhouse LAN

I have here a small inhouse LAN (not Active directory based) with a few computers (usually 4 and all behind a router).
NetBios and SMB 2.0 is enabled on all of them. Firewalls are disabled on all of them.
Now when I enter
net view /NETWORK
then all computers in this inhouse LAN are listed on all computers - EXCEPT one of them ("MAGIC").
On this (Windows 10) computer only the own, local computer name is shown.
Why does this computer not see other computers?
The connection itself should be working.
When I enter (on MAGIC):
net view \\ARCHIE
the all shared folders from one of the other computers ("ARCHIE") are listed.
Even In Windows Explorer (of MAGIC) all the other computers are listed and accessible
Does the "net view" command use (only) NetBios for name resolution?
