Batch Antivirus

Is it possible to make an antivirus in batch? I saw that Antivirus scan regestry how do we know if regestry is infected or not?
You should inform you how Antivirus software works. No batch file can do this. (regardless of all the virus signatures where you will never have the latest status)
There are a lot of Antivirus (freeware) applications. Why do you think you would need a batch file?!
