How to change into many directory and get the files

Hi All,

I am very new to this DOS, I am working on windows system i need to generate a bat file i badly need all your help

Requirement
1) Generate a bat file where i can cd to differnt directories like C:\TEST1\FILE1 ; D:\TEST1\FILE1; E:\TEST1\FILE1 ; E\TEST1\FILE1
2)Cpy a file with same name from all the above directory rename them as per there directory like eg sample.xml is the file cpy and rename as sample.xml_C, sample.xml_D,sample.xml_E.
