Hi: Does anyone know of any Text Editors for DOS (3.3 &/or 5.0 and up) with Keyboard Shortcuts that are the same or mostly the same as those in Microsoft Word (for Windows)?
Thanks
P.S. Newcomer & newbie so, if I should've posted this elsewhere, my apologies & my appreciation for advice as to where best to relocate.

What kind of keyboard shortcuts are you looking for? (Although not to get your hopes up, no, I don't know of any command-line editors for DOS other than EDIT.)

Just hoping for the basic stuff in MS Word (for Windows): e.g. Ctrl-C=Copy, Ctrl-V=Paste, Shift-^><=Highlight,
Ctrl-Z=Undo, Ctrl-Y=Redo/Repeat, Ctrl-S=Save, Ctrl-P=Print.
Thanks

I believe almost all of these work in EDIT besides save and print.DuhPhewU wrote:ShadowThief wrote:What kind of keyboard shortcuts are you looking for? (Although not to get your hopes up, no, I don't know of any command-line editors for DOS other than EDIT.)
