Can I tell where a 7zip is to be unzipped to

As per previous posts on another topic I have folders in C:\DOWNLOADSZIPPED.

Im going to E.mail the zipped files but when someone attempts to open it I need it unzipping and autosaving to S:\UNZIPPED as the person who receiving it will be on a network and the S:\UNZIPPED opens. Can anyone help with a script on how to do that?

Can a task run when someone clicks on a folder?

I think this will be another task but 7 days after file unzipped into S:\UNZIPPED i need to set up a task to auto delete overnight
