remove warning message

i use a program at home called wamp and whenever the launch exe file gets called it gives me a warning message asking if i want to run it (it uses internet connection), which i don't want. this slows my startup.bat, which can already be slow, so i would really like to remove the warning message (it takes a couple seconds for windows to display the message (more time)).

Can't really help without knowing how the warning pops up. And don't know how wamp runs.

wamp stands for windows apache mysql php. it is a server program that allows you to host websites.
