Perform a loop command once and then continue loop?

Hello,

in Attachments is my current Bat code.
It does output all the contents of the csv my only problem is it overrides the ip= until it reaches the bottom of the csv.
What i want it to do is set ip of line 1 then perform plink perform all commands from befehle.txt then continue with line 2 until it reaches the bottom of the csv.
I have no clue how to do that yet. Any ideas?
