so i just catch your words "restriction of PDF", do you mean you want to remove restriction from PDF files? Well, if i am right, here is a solution from you

You have to use some tool which can let you to remove restrictions from pdf files so that you can copy or edit that file. I suggest you to use Kernel for PDF Restriction Removal tool which i have personally used in the past with good results.
