I got a boot-able ms-dos 6.22 iso, but there's no setup !

Hello there,
finally I can't believe that I got a ms-dos 6.22 system but the only thing I could do is formatting the drive and making a C directory but I couldn't find anything else in the c directory other than command.com, here's the list of files in the boot-able iso:

ATTRIB.EXE
AUTOEXEC.BAT
C.BAT
CD1.SYS
CD2.SYS
CD3.SYS
CD4.SYS
CHKDSK.EXE
COMMAND.COM
CONFIG.SYS
DELTREE.EXE
DOSKEY.COM
DRVSPACE.BIN
EDIT.EXE
EDIT.HLP
EDIT.INI
EMM386.EXE
FDISK.EXE
FIND.EXE
FORMAT.COM
HIMEM.SYS
IO.SYS
LABEL.EXE
MEM.EXE
MOUSE.@@@
MOUSE.COM
MOUSE.INI
MOUSE.SYS
MSCDEX.EXE
MSDOS.SYS
QBASIC.EXE
QBASIC.HLP
RESTORE.EXE
SCANDISK.EXE
SCANDISK.INI
SETVER.EXE
SHARE.EXE
SYS.COM
TREE.COM
UNDELETE.EXE
UNDELETE.INI
UNFORMAT.COM
XCOPY.EXE

I downloaded the ms-dos 6.22 iso from this website : http://www.allbootdisks.com/download/iso.html

please help me how to install the rest of the system, what about those CD1.sys, CD2.sys ... files ? can I install them ?

It's a boot disk not a full version of DOS 6.22.

I think CD1.SYS to CD4.SYS are the driver for the Matsushita, Goldmann, Teac, and Panasonic chipset based CD drives.

As Squashman already said: No.

As it is no free software, just buy it:
First you have to inform yourself, if it is legal in your country to buy it "second hand";
if not you have to buy it from Microsoft or one of its authorized resellers.
If it is legal to buy it "second hand", then you have to make sure, that you own:
- the 3 MSDOS 6.22 setup disks,
- the MSDOS 6.22 manual, and
- the MSDOS 6.22 COA (Certificate of Authenticity).
Only if you have these three things, it is legal to use MSDOS 6.22.

Another alternative is, just to download FreeDos, which is similar to MSDOS 6.22:

This files are not the complete MS-DOS 6.22 system.

If you have install the system at the hard drive before, then use this files (boot CD) when your old MS-DOS system will not boot.

This is not nothing for the newest computer with hard drive capacity with more than 2 GB (2.000 MB).

The original DOS6.22 is a set of four 1.44MB floppy disks. 3 for the OS and one that contains qBasic ( not sure ). It contains a setup.EXE but you don't really need that, it only expands the files locally and configures the language.

If the hard drive is recognized by bios, it is accessible but only the first 2GB will be seen by DOS.
