XXCOPY Help Please.

Hello.

We've been using

XXCOPY N:\ L:\backup(2009-08-30)\ /I/F/R/C/E/V/D/Y/VL

command to back up our server drive weekly.
We noticed some files missing lately.
We are assuming one of our users deleted them accidently, but we are also wondering
if this XXCOPY line could have potential of deleting some exisiting files.
Is it possible?
Please help us out.
