Hi i am a newbie on batching so i need as much help as i can get "need it till tomorrow".

I am making a script so that i can set how much of a partition a user will be able to use and so that i can have php,asp or so "this will be a file runned when logging online".
Im building a server on windows as a school project!

* Choose the amount of GB the user is able to use of the server.
* Choose if the user will be able to use php,asp or other programs.
